JUDY EASTBURN Scholarship for IBLCE EXAM
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Dallas Lactation Consultant Association (DLCA) is pleased to offer full scholarships to IBCLC candidates who need financial assistance to pay the fee for the IBLCE exam (initial or recertification). Scholarships will be awarded to applicants who have been selected by the committee based on their application and having passed the exam.
Two scholarship recipients per test administration in the April exam and two in the September exam will be selected by the DLCA scholarship committee, based on applicants’ needs and recommendations.
To apply for the scholarship, the applicant must complete the attached application and submit it to the committee by email by December 10 for the April exam or June 10 for the September exam.
The applicant must be a be resident of or be employed in the DFW metroplex and also be a paid member of DLCA. (see Membership tab on this website)
If selected for receipt of the scholarship award, pending passing the exam, the candidate will be notified by email on February 1 for the April exam and August 1 for the September exam.
The full exam fee will be reimbursed to each of the scholarship awardees by mail or electronically when she/he informs the committee of confirmation of a passing grade on the IBLCE exam.
